Ingredients: (Losartan Potassium 50mg and Hydrochlorothiazde 12.5mg) / Tablet, (Losartan  Potassium 100mg and Hydrochlorothagride 12.5mg) / Tablet (and 100gm Losartan Potassium)  and Hydrochlorothagazine 25 mg.) / Tablet.

Instructions: High blood pressure is indicated in the treatment. Dimensions and usage rules: 1 tablet a day. The highest level is the luster 100 mg. Hydrochlorothagyide 25 mg 1 time a day.

Warnings and in which cases can not be used: The hyperactivity, the adrenal function, or sulfonamide in any of these substances is used in the case of over-processing.

Side effect: abdominal pain, edema (swelling), back pain, chest rash, headache, cough, sinusitis, respiratory failure and skin rash.

Usage during pregnancy and breastfeeding: It is still unknown whether breast-borne infection is released. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, only according to the advice of the doctor.

উপাদান : (লোসারটেন পটাসিয়াম ৫০ মি.গ্রা. ও হাইড্রোক্লোরোথায়াজাইড ১২.৫ মি.গ্রা.)/ ট্যাবলেট, (লোসারটেন পটাসিয়াম ১০০ মি.গ্রা. ও হাইড্রোক্লোরোথায়াজাইড ১২.৫ মি.গ্রা.)/ট্যাবলেট এবং (লোসারটেন পটাসিয়াম ১০০ মি.গ্রা. ও হাইড্রোক্লোরোথায়াজাইড ২৫ মি.গ্রা.)/ট্যাবলেট।

নির্দেশনা : উচ্চ রক্তচাপ চিকিৎসায় নির্দেশিত। মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : ১টি ট্যাবলেট দিনে একবার। সর্বোচ্চ মাত্রা হল লোসারটেন ১০০ মি.গ্রা. ও হাইড্রোক্লোরোথায়াজাইড ২৫ মি.গ্রা. দিনে ১ বার।

সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : এই ওষুধের যে কোন উপাদানের প্রতি অতিসংবেদনশীলতা, বৃক্কের অকার্যকারিতায় কিংবা সালফোনামাইডে অতিসংবেদনশীলতার ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারে প্রতিনির্দেশ আছে।

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : পেটে ব্যথা, ইডিমা (ফুলে যাওয়া), পিঠে ব্যথা, বুক ধড়ফড় করা, মাথা ঘুরানো, কাশি, সাইনাসের প্রদাহ, শ্বাসতন্ত্রের প্রদাহ এবং চামড়ায় ফুসকুঁড়ি।

গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : মাতৃদুগ্ধে নিঃসরিত হয় কিনা তা এখনও জানা যায়নি। গর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্যদানকালে শুধুমাত্র চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী সেব্য।
