Material: Sparfloxacin 200 mg Tablet

মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : দৈনিক ২০০ মি.গ্রা. ট্যাবলেট সর্বমোট ১০ দিন সেবন করতে হবে। প্রথম দিন ২ টি ট্যাবলেট একসাথে সেব্য।

সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : অতিসংবেদনশীলতা এবং বৃক্কীয়জটিলতায় ভুগছেন এমন রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে সেবন মাত্রা এবং বিধি পুনঃনির্ধারণ জরুরী।

পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : ডায়রিয়া, বমি বমি ভাব, মাথা ব্যথা, অজীর্ণ, ঘুম ঘুম ভাব, অনিদ্রা, পেটে ব্যথা। অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : এন্টাসিড, সুক্রালফেট, জিংক এবং আয়রণ সল্ট।

শিশুদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার : ১৮ বছরের নীচের বয়সের জন্য স্পারফ্লক্সাসিন ব্যবহারে নিরাপত্তা এবং কার্যকারিতা এখনো প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়নি।

গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : প্রসূতি মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে স্পারফ্লক্সাসিন দেয়া যেতে পারে, যদি গর্ভস্থ শিশুর উপর ক্ষতিকর প্রভাবের চেয়ে এর উপকারী দিকটি অধিকতর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বলে মনে হয়। স্তন্যদায়ী মহিলাদের ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিনির্দেশিত।
