মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের ক্ষেত্রে : ০.২৫ মি.গ্রা., ২-৩ বার প্রতিদিন। প্রয়োজনে ০.২৫ মি.গ্রা. করে মাত্রা বাড়ানো যেতে পারে। তবে দিনের চেয়ে রাতেই মাত্রা বাড়ানো উচিত। বয়স্কদের ক্ষেত্রে) : ০.১২৫ মি.গ্রা., ২-৩ বার প্রতিদিন।
সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : তীব্র ন্যারো এংগেল গ্লুকোমা, মানসিক রোগ বা বিষাদ প্রাথমিক ভাবে ধরা পড়লে এবং অরগানিক ব্রেইন সিন্ড্রোম থাকলে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : তন্দ্রাচ্ছন্নভাব, মাথা ঝিম্ ঝিম্ ভাব সহ মনসংযোগে অসুবিধা, শত্রুভাবাপন্ন হওয়া, অন্যান্য আত্মবিরোধী প্রভাব যেমন খিট্ খিটে ভাব, উত্তেজনা ও মতিভ্রম ইত্যাদি।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : গর্ভাবস্থায় সুপারিশকৃত নয়। এই ওষুধ গ্রহণকারী মায়েদের স্তন্যদান থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।
