Gliclazide 80mg
Material: Gliclazide 80 mg. Tablets and 30 mg XR Tablet.
Instructions: Type II diabetes mellitus.
Dimensions and Usage Rules: 40-80 mg daily. If needed, gradually increase the level of 320 mg daily Until diabetes comes in control until it can be extended. Gicleade 30-120 mg for X-ray Tablet Seva once a day as per need. X-ray tablets should not be broken or crushed. It should be eaten with Nasta in the morning.
Warnings and in which cases can not be used: In cases of severe diabetes, surgical, wound and infection patients, in diabetic pre-comma and abdominal and severe acupuncture of kidney and liver by juvenile onset diabetes, ketosis and acidsosis.
Side effect: Hypoglycemia may occur in certain conditions. Nausea, appetite depression, diarrhea and constipation, eritema, leucopenia, thrombocytopenia, agranulosi- toosis, pansytopenia, hemolytic anemia, cholestatic joints and hemorrhage in the digestive system etc.
Reactions with other drugs: phenylbutazine, sulfonamide, comerine derivative, beta-blocker, tetracycline, clorromphycle, cofiberate, cementidine, microgenzial, barbiturate, corticosteroid, thyageide diuretic, thyroid hormone, lactative and oral contraceptives.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: Should not be used for mothers during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : দৈনিক ৪০-৮০ মি.গ্রা.। প্রয়োজনে ধীরে ধীরে মাত্রা দৈনিক ৩২০ মি.গ্রা. পর্যন্ত বৃদ্ধি করা যেতে পারে যতদিন না ডায়াবেটিস নিয়ন্ত্রণে আসে। এক্স আর ট্যাবলেটের ক্ষেত্রে গিকাজাইড ৩০-১২০ মি.গ্রা. প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী দিনে একবার সেব্য। এক্স আর ট্যাবলেট ভেঙ্গে বা চুষে খাওয়া উচিত নয়। সকালে নাসত্মার সাথে খাওয়া উচিত।
সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : জুভেনাইল অনসেট ডায়াবেটিসে, কিটোসিস্ এবং এসিডোসিস্ দ্বারা জটিল ডায়াবেটিসে, অস্ত্রোপচার, ক্ষত এবং সংক্রমণের রোগীদের ক্ষেত্রে, ডায়াবেটিক প্রি-কমা এবং কমার ক্ষেত্রে এবং বৃক্ক ও যকৃতের তীব্র অপর্যাপ্ততায়।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : কিছু কিছু বিশেষ অবস্থায় হাইপোগ্লাইসেমিয়া হতে পারে। বমি বমি ভাব,ক্ষুধা মন্দা, ডায়রিয়া এবং কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, ইরিথেমা, লিউকোপেনিয়া, থ্রম্বোসাইটোপেনিয়া, এগ্রানুলোসাই- টোসিস, প্যানসাইটোপেনিয়া, হিমোলাইটিক এনেমিয়া, কোলেস্ট্যাটিক জণ্ডিস এবং পরিপাকনালীর হেমোরেজ ইত্যাদি।
অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : ফিনাইলবিউটাজোন, সালফোনামাইড, কোমারিন ডেরিভেটিভ, বিটা- ব্লকার, টেট্রাসাইক্লিন, ক্লোরামফেনিকল, কোফাইব্রেট, সিমেটিডিন, মাইকোনাজল, বারবিচুরেট, কর্টিকোষ্টেরয়েড, থায়াজাইড ডাইইউরেটিক, থাইরয়েড হরমোন, ল্যাক্সাটিভ এবং মুখে সেব্য জন্মনিরোধক সমূহ।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : গর্ভাবস্থায় ও স্তন্যদানকালীন মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
