মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক : ৫০০ মি.গ্রা. দিনে দুইবার হিসাবে ৫ দিন। এ্যামেবিক আমাশয় (প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক) : ১.৫ গ্রাম দিনে একবার হিসেবে ৩ দিন। জিয়ারডিয়াসিস (প্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক) : ১.৫ গ্রাম দিনে ১ বার হিসেবে ১-২ দিন।
সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : অতিসংবেদনশীলতা, মৃগীরোগ বা প্রানত্মীয় স্নায়ুরোগের মত কেন্দ্রীয় স্নায়ুতন্ত্রীয় সমস্যা থাকলে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। যে সব রোগীর এ্যাটেক্সিয়া, মাথা ঘোরা, মানসিক বিভ্রান্তি দেখা দেয়, তাদের ক্ষেত্রে সতর্কতার সাথে প্রয়োগ করতে হবে।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, উপ-পাকস্থলিক ব্যথা, মাথা ঝিম্ ঝিম্ করা, মাথা ব্যথা, অবসন্নতা এবং আকস্মিকভাবে শ্বেতকণিকা হ্রাস পেতে পারে।
