Side effect: Unsteady on the skin, mainly flammable, staining or tingling occurs. Irathrima, edema, eczema, rashes and pruritus can occur.

সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : অতি সংবেদনশীলদের ক্ষেত্রে এটি ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : ত্বকে অস্বস্থি, প্রধানত : জ্বলুনি, স্টিনজিং অথবা টিংলিং দেখা দেয়। ইরাইথ্রেমা, ইডিমা, এক্জিমা, র্যাশ এবং প্রুরিটাস দেখা দিতে পারে।
অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : পারমেথ্রিন প্রয়োগকালীন সময়ে কর্টিকোস্টেরয়েড দ্বারা যেকোন এক্জিমা জাতীয় রোগের চিকিৎসা বন্ধ রাখতে হবে।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : গর্ভকালীন সময়ে এবং স্তন্যদানকারী মায়েদের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা উচিত নয়।
