Instructions: There is a history of atherosclerosis (ischemic stroke, myocardial infarction or permanent inflammatory disease), those patients are directed towards the prevention of atherosclerotic event. It is used in preventative as well as thrombocomplex abnormalities such as myocardial infarction and stroke.
Dimensions and Usage Rules: 75mg Once a day.
Alert and which can not be used: hyperactivity and stomach or intestinal injury or intracranial hemorrhagic bleeding.
Side effect: bleeding (digestive tract and intracranial), stomach discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, head jhimzhim, headache, parasethasia, rash, itching, kidney and liver complications, neutropenia etc.
Response with other drugs: Aspirin, NSAID.
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding: It can be used if need be too much.

নির্দেশনা : এ্যাথেরোস্ক্লেরোসিস (ইসকেমিক স্ট্রোক, মায়োকার্ডিয়াল ইনফার্কশন অথবা স্থায়ী প্রানত্মীয় ধমনীর রোগ) এর ইতিহাস আছে, সেসব রোগীদের এ্যাথেরোস্ক্লেরোটিক ইভেন্ট এর প্রতিরোধে নির্দেশিত। এটি প্রতিরোধক হিসাবে মায়োকার্ডিয়াল ইনফার্কশন এবং স্ট্রোকের মত থ্রোম্বো-এমবোলিক অস্বাভাবিকতায় ব্যবহৃত হয়।
মাত্রা ও ব্যবহার বিধি : ৭৫ মি.গ্রা. করে দিনে একবার।
সতর্কতা ও যেসব ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না : অতিসংবেদনশীলতা এবং পাকস্থলী বা অন্ত্রে ঘা অথবা ইন্ট্রাক্রেনিয়াল হেমোরেজজনিত রক্তক্ষরণে।
পার্শ্ব প্রতিক্রিয়া : রক্তক্ষরণ (পরিপাকতন্ত্র ও ইন্ট্রাক্রেনিয়াল), পেটে অস্বস্তিবোধ, বমি বমি ভাব, বমি, ডায়রিয়া, মাথা ব্যাথা, মাথা ঝিম্ঝিম্ করা, মাথাঘোরা, প্যারেসথেসিয়া, র্যাশ, চুলকানী, কিডনী এবং যকৃত সংক্রান্ত জটিলতা, নিউট্রোপেনিয়া ইত্যাদি হতে পারে।
অন্য ওষুধের সাথে প্রতিক্রিয়া : এ্যাসপিরিন, এনএসএআইডি।
গর্ভাবস্থা ও স্তন্যদানকালে ব্যবহার : অতীব প্রয়োজন হলে ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
